Classic Marchesi 1824 Pandoro in an elegant tin with Christmas decorations contains the classic 1 kg Pandoro Marchesi 1824, characterized by its unmistakable golden color obtained using fresh butter from the Piedmont hills and fresh eggs from free-range hens. The aroma is enriched with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, while everything is blended into a slowly leavened dough, thanks to the exclusive use of the Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter, which gives the Pandoro its unmistakable softness. Compared to common yeasts, sourdough production requires more time and care to allow the development of microorganisms that provide multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavor.
