Description
It was created in the Lake Como area in the early 1900s, as a tribute to the birth of Yolanda of Savoy. It is a compact yet delicate and soft cake. Potato starch is the main ingredient that defines this baked dessert, enhanced by a thin layer of powdered sugar. A princely cake, both for its crown shape and for its delicacy and elegance. The cake serves approximately 8/10 people. Expiry and storage conditions: max 30 days at room temperature.
