Marchesi 1824 offers a reinterpretation of the traditional artisanal Panettone: the Fig, Honey and Vanilla Panettone. In this great leavened cake, the classic Marchesi 1824 dough, the result of slow and skilful processing with exclusive use of sourdough starter, is enriched by the intense flavour of chestnut honey and the sweetness of candied black figs. Compared to more common yeasts, production with sourdough requires more time and care to allow the development of the micro-organisms that give multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavour. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Expiry date: 60 days.
