Marchesi 1824 presents a light and delicate interpretation of the traditional festive cake: the Low Lactose Panettone. The classic Marchesi 1824 dough, the result of a slow and skilful process carried out exclusively with the company’s natural sourdough starter, is made using carefully selected low-lactose ingredients. Premium elements such as six-crown raisins, naturally candied fruit, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian honey and eggs ensure authentic flavour and exceptional quality. Compared to more common yeasts, production with natural sourdough requires greater time and care, allowing the development of microorganisms that provide numerous beneficial qualities and a unique flavour. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Expiry date: 60 days.
