In this great 1 kg leavened cake, the soft dough, which is the result of slow and skilful processing thanks to the exclusive use of sourdough starter, is enriched with delicious Cantabrian anchovies, Sicilian capers, olives and Calabrian sun-dried cherry tomatoes. Compared with common yeasts, sourdough production requires more time and care to allow microorganisms to develop, giving multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavor.
