Description
Marchesi 1824 presents a sweet and intensely flavoured reinterpretation of the classic artisanal Panettone: Apple, Cinnamon and Caramel Panettone. In this traditional leavened cake, the classic Marchesi 1824 dough, the result of a slow and skilful process using exclusively natural sourdough starter, is enriched with premium ingredients such as cinnamon, semi-candied apple and salted caramel cubes. Compared to more common yeasts, production with sourdough starter requires more time and care to allow the development of microorganisms that provide numerous beneficial qualities and a unique flavour.Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place.
