In this great 1kg leavened cake, the soft dough, which is the result of slow and skilful processing thanks to the exclusive use of sourdough starter, is enriched by the intense flavour of seasoned cheese and the strong taste of Cameroonian Penja pepper. Compared to more common yeasts, production with sourdough requires more time and care to allow the development of micro-organisms that give multiple well-balanced qualities and a unique flavour.
