Marchesi 1824 presents a refined reinterpretation of the classic Panettone: the Gran Cuvée Venezuela 74% Chocolate Panettone. The classic Marchesi 1824 dough, made exclusively with natural sourdough starter, is enriched with Gran Cuvée Venezuela 74% chocolate and premium chocolate drops. The result is a soft and fragrant dough, characterised by intense cocoa notes and a rich, enveloping flavour. Slow natural leavening enhances its aromatic complexity and softness.
