Description
In this 1 kg traditional leavened cake, the soft dough, the result of a slow and skilful process made possible through the exclusive use of natural sourdough starter, is enriched with the intensity of Grana Padano cheese and the precious aromatic notes of saffron. Compared to more common yeasts, production with natural sourdough requires greater time and care, allowing the development of microorganisms that provide numerous beneficial qualities and a unique aromatic profile. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Expiry date: 60 days.
