A reinterpretation of the classic Marchesi 1824 Colomba, made with a soft dough prepared using the finest ingredients and enriched with semi-candied apricots, candied ginger cubes and amaretti. In this recipe, the sweetness of apricot meets the fresh notes of ginger and the bittersweet flavour of amaretti, creating a perfectly balanced harmony of tastes. Fine ingredients such as Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian honey and eggs are blended into a slow-rising dough, made exclusively with the Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter, resulting in a delicate and fresh flavour.Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place.
