Description
A reinterpretation of the classic Marchesi 1824 Colomba, made with a soft dough enriched with Venezuela 74% chocolate, semi-candied sour cherries and almonds. This traditional Easter leavened cake offers a delicate and fresh taste, thanks to fine ingredients such as Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Italian honey and hen eggs, carefully blended into a slow-leavened dough using exclusively Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Best before: 60 days.
