Description
Marchesi 1824 proposes a richly flavoured reinterpretation of the classic artisanal Panettone, the chocolate Panettone. In this great leavened product, the classic Marchesi 1824 dough, the result of slow and skilful processing with exclusive use of sourdough starter, is enriched with a very fine cocoa powder from the Ivory Coast. The soft, light dough turns brown and the aromas become warmer and deeper. Compared to more common yeasts, production with sourdough requires more time and care to allow the development of the microorganisms that give multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavour. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Expiry date: 90 days.
