Marchesi 1824 presents a reinterpretation of the classic Panettone with an intense and engaging flavour: Chocolate, Apricot and Lemon Panettone. In this dough, Gran Cuvée Venezuela dark chocolate blends with the sweetness of semi-candied apricots and the freshness of candied lemon. Compared with more common yeasts, production with sourdough starter requires more time and care to allow the development of microorganisms that provide multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavour. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 90 days.
