A great classic of Italian pastry, revisited in an elegant version signed Marchesi 1824. Typical of Lazio, the desireè cake features a soft sponge cake base wrapped with two delicate fillings: a velvety vanilla custard and a rich chocolate custard. The whole is enhanced by a refined decoration of chocolate cream puffs and soft whipped cream swirls.The cake serves approximately 6 to 8 people.Storage conditions and expiry: 2 days at max 4°C.
