Description

The zuppa inglese, a traditional northern Italian dessert, is reproposed in a delicious monoportion: a heart of sponge cake dipped in alchermes alternates with layers of custard and chocolate cream. The whole is covered with a soft vanilla bavarian cream and enriched with a meringue decoration. The monoportion weighs 100g. Storage conditions and expiry date: 2 days at max. 4°C.
