Description
A reinterpretation of the classic Marchesi 1824 Colomba, made with a soft dough enriched with Venezuela 74% chocolate, semi-candied cherries and almonds. This large Easter leavened cake offers a delicate, fresh taste, thanks to premium ingredients such as Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Italian honey and hen eggs, blended into a slow-leavened dough made exclusively with Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Best before: 60 days.
