A slow, traditional production process makes Marchesi 1824 marron glacés unique. The best freshly gathered Piedmont chestnuts are naturally candied in a syrup of water and sugar that enhances their flavour and consistency. This creates small delicious autumn treats to enjoy with our candied violets.
