Description
Sweet of Mantuan origin, whose name derives from the word \"brisa,\" meaning crumb. This cake is characterized by its crumbly texture, given by corn flour and crunchy pistachios. A curiosity of this dessert is that it should not be cut into regular slices, but broken by hand. The cake serves approximately 5–6 people. Storage and expiration conditions: max 30 days at room temperature.
