A traditional dessert from Mantua, whose name derives from the word “brisa,” meaning crumb. The distinctive feature of this cake is its crumbly texture, created by corn flour and crunchy Gran Cuvée Venezuela 74% chocolate. A curious tradition associated with this dessert is that it should not be cut into regular slices, but broken by hand. The cake serves approximately 5–6 people. Storage conditions and shelf life: max. 30 days at room temperature.
