Description
Marchesi 1824 presents the Barbajada Panettone, an interpretation of the traditional festive cake inspired by the historic Milanese beverage made with coffee, cocoa and milk. The unmistakable Marchesi 1824 dough is enriched with the depth of 74% dark chocolate from Venezuela and a chocolate and coffee cream that captures the meeting of the two distinctive notes of Barbajada. Compared to more common yeasts, production with natural sourdough requires greater time and care, allowing the development of microorganisms that provide numerous beneficial qualities and a unique aromatic profile.
