This large leavened cake delights the palate with a delicate and fresh taste, thanks to premium ingredients such as six-crown raisins, naturally candied fruit, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian honey, and free-range eggs, all blended in a slowly leavened dough using exclusively Marchesi 1824 sourdough. Compared to common yeasts, production with sourdough requires more time and care to allow the development of microorganisms that provide multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavor. Storage conditions: keep in a cool, dry place. Expiration date: 45 days.
