The large leavened cake offers a delicate and fresh taste thanks to premium ingredients such as six-crown raisins, naturally candied fruit, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian honey, and free-range eggs, blended into a slowly leavened dough made exclusively with the Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter. Compared to common yeasts, sourdough production requires more time and care to allow the development of microorganisms that provide multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavor. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Expiration date: 45 days.
