The Classic Marchesi 1824 Panettone is the result of over two centuries of passion and expertise. This traditional festive cake delights the palate with its delicate, fresh flavour, derived from premium ingredients including six-crown raisins, naturally candied fruit, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian honey, and eggs, all blended into a slowly leavened dough made exclusively with the Marchesi 1824 natural sourdough starter. Compared to more common yeasts, production with natural sourdough requires greater time and care, allowing the development of microorganisms that provide numerous beneficial qualities and a unique flavour.Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place.
