A reinterpretation of the classic Marchesi 1824 Panettone, made with a soft dough crafted from the finest ingredients and enriched with semi-candied apricots, candied lemon cubes, and almonds. In this dough, the floral notes of apricot blend harmoniously with the citrusy accents of lemon and the sweet flavor of almonds, creating a perfect balance of tastes. Premium ingredients such as Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian honey, and free-range eggs are combined in a slowly leavened dough, thanks to the exclusive use of Marchesi 1824’s mother yeast, resulting in a delicate and fresh flavor. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 45 days.
