Description

A reinterpretation of the classic Marchesi 1824 Colomba, made with a soft dough enriched with Côte d’Ivoire chocolate, naturally candied orange cubes and gianduja with Piedmont IGP hazelnut paste. This grand Easter leavened cake offers a delicate and fresh taste, achieved through fine ingredients such as Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian honey and eggs, combined in a slow-rising dough using exclusively the Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Best before: 60 days.
