At the heart of this journey is Gran Cuvée Venezuela 74%, chosen for its intense and elegant character and its ability to engage with ingredients of widely differing personalities. Around this raw material unfolds a collection of pralines and chocolate bars, expressing an approach that views tradition through a contemporary sensibility.
For this fourth edition, Apartamento interprets the world of Marchesi 1824 chocolate through a visual narrative that closely observes the creative process and the relationship between material, gesture and result.
