Marchesi 1824 offers a reinterpretation of the rich, citrusy flavour of the classic Panettone: the Pistachio Panettone with candied orange cubes. In this great leavened cake, the classic Marchesi 1824 sourdough, result of a slow and skilful processing with exclusive use of sourdough starter, is enriched by the taste of two fine ingredients from Sicily. Compared to more common yeasts, production with mother yeast requires more time and care to allow the development of the micro-organisms that give multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavour. Storage conditions: keep in a cool, dry place. Expiry date: 45 days.
