Description
Born at the court of the Austrian Empire, over the centuries the Sacher has remained the queen of chocolate cakes. Unique for its rich and enveloping texture, the Marchesi 1824 Sacher, packaged in the elegant wooden box, respects tradition. Soft layers of cocoa sponge cake interspersed with a heart of apricot jam, covered with almond paste finely glazed with dark chocolate, make it simply irresistible. The cake serves approximately 8 people. Storage and expiration conditions: max 30 days at room temperature.
